There are two things you should know about me:
A long run is about 3 miles and I like sweets! So, you'll realise how much of a challenge it'll be for me when I say I'm running the Reading Half Marathon on March 19th and I'm doing sugar-free February!
I'm doing these two activities to raise money towards Cancer Research UK. Those of you who know me will be well aware of the effect that cancer's had on my family over the last two years and I want to challenge myself to run the Reading Half Marathon and raise money towards a charity who're working hard every day to find cures for all forms of this disease.
I will be sharing the progress as I train (usually in the cold, dark & rain) towards the half Marathon on March 19th and any contribution you can share would mean the world to me.
