Every teenager should have the opportunity to develop their potential, regardless of their circumstances or where they grow up. Innovista are passionate about equipping teenagers from all backgrounds to discover their potential and to be sources of hope in their communities.

We have developed a leadership programme (Rise) for teenagers in schools and youth groups across Dublin that will develop young people's understanding of what it is to be a leader. We're going to be giving them practical opportunities to bring about positive change in their area through a community project, so that not only will they develop skills to be positive leaders, but they and their community will experience the difference that they can make.

We’re aiming to raise £1000, which will enable Innovista to develop and deliver ‘Rise’ and purchase the materials needed to see young people transformed as they discover their true potential and carry hope into their communities.

We want the first teenagers in Dublin to have an opportunity to develop their potential and to bring positive change to their community this January. Will you help make this happen? We would love you to help us to do it?

I will be part of a team of people running the Dublin Santa Dash - 10km along the beach of North Bull Island on Sunday 9th December.
