Im doing a 5k night rush extream run on 22nd november for little havens childrens hospice.

This charity is close to heart as my friends daughter went to little havens childrens hospice for respite and end of life care. Its a amazing place witch isnt goverment funded it relys on charity work and donations to keep this great cause running, so children with life limiting dieseses can get respite and end of life care. There familys also get support dealing with the terrible news and help and support from the team and also other famileys going through the same thing.
