Soooooo... on Saturday 14th September 2019 I will be stepping into the boxing ring to donate towards Cancer Research UK.

I am undergoing 8 weeks of intense training to be able to get my there.. this is a compilation of cardio, strength and discipline. Three things I am very much lacking at the moment, however without this training I would not be ready to stand in a ring and fight.

We all know someone who is either affected by cancer, whether this is personally or through association. It is a cruel illness that even when cleared still makes its mark forever. We can do something by funding more research and knowledge to attempt to change this.
