My Chairman's Great Tommy Sleep Out for RBLI

The Chairman's Great Tommy Sleep Out · 23 March 2023 ·
Two weeks ago I left hospital after surgery for an old injury (something I should have dealt with years ago). Although I am still feeling bruised and sore, my temporary physical discomfort pales into insignificance in comparison to the mental and physical pain carried by some veterans - those who have served their country with honour, loyalty and love, but who are suffering as a result of that service and who now need our help.
So, I will be sleeping rough at Fort Amherst in Kent, UK on 23 March to raise vital funds and awareness for the estimated 6,000 veterans currently experiencing homelessness in the UK. Every donation will help Royal British Legion Industries (RBLI) provide safe, warm, housing and ensure everyone has a fair opportunity to gain employment, regardless of health conditions or disability. Please help me to raise much needed funds for this incredible cause and change the course of a veteran's life.
Thank you so much.
