As you may or may not know we have been on a bit of a health and fitness kick over the past couple of months, and what better way to carry on and keep us focused than to sign up for a half marathon in support of a fantastic cause. So on the 28th September we will be getting our trainers on and doing the Shine half marathon.

Cancer research does amazing work and we would greatly appreciate any donation you can give, if its 10p or £10 every penny counts.
