Aseel's Adventure - Kisii, Kenya - Summer 2009

SO I have been chosen as one of the 24 students to go out to the small town of Kisii, Kenya. The Kenya Educational Partnership (KEP) aims to work with many of the schools in Kisii, investing in the on-going problem of lack of educational resources and developing the self-led growth of the children of Kenya.
It's so easy so take for granted the amazing opportunities and resources that we have been given. Kenyan students are faced with 'qualifying exams' that determine whether or not they can move up to the year above. Yet they have virtually no access to , science equipment or qualified teachers. It takes some of them 8-10 years to complete one year.
I have set up a page on here because its very easy and secure to donate....so feel free to help me achieve my goal of giving children in Kenya a quality of life and education that is as close to ours as possible.
Thanks,
Aseel x
