Well on the 31st august my self and a team of 5 others will be putting our bodies threw a 100km (66.6 mile) bike ride around manchester over various terrain (grade 3)

I have chosen to fund raise for Anthony Nolan today as not only do they do some fantastic work by giving hope to families and people of all ages with blood cancer. They also contributed to helping a dear friend.

This Bike ride is dedicated to the Memory of Mr Mike Morgan who left us at the young age of 23 but remains as a inspiration to us all . RIP Y.N.W.A xxxx

Lets hope the team and I can put up the fight and raise lots of money for other people in need !!!!!!!!
