Tair blynedd wedi cychwyn ar driniaeth Cemotherapi yn Ysbyty Cyffredinol Bronglais, yn dilyn llawdriniaeth ar gyfer Canser y Coluddyn, rwy'n cymryd rhan yn fy ras gyntaf dros 10k er mwyn cyfrannu at yr ymdrech i uwchraddio Uned Cemotherapi Ysbyty Bronglais.

Roedd y driniaeth a dderbyniais i, a mae llawer yn parhau i'w dderbyn yn yr uned bresennol yn ardderchog, ond mae angen gwell cyfleusterau er mwyn sicrhau fod yr adnoddau gorau ar gael i gleifion yng Ngheredigion a'r Canolbarth.

Three years after starting my Chemotherapy treatment in Bronglais General Hospital following surgery for Bowel Cancer, I'm taking part in my first 10k run to raise money for the efforts to upgrade the Chemotherapy Unit in Bronglais Hospital.

The treatment I received there then, and hundreds of others continue to receive there, was and is excellent, but there is a need for better facilities to ensure that the best possible resources are available to patients in Ceredigion and Mid Wales.
