I have chosen to take part in the 20th Anniversary Cransley Hospice Road Races to help them raise some funds which will contribute to providing specialist palliative care to patients with complex needs and support patients in their chosen place of care at the end of life, whether this is in the Hospice or in the patients home. Cransley Hospice need to raise over £1.4 million per year to deliver all of our services to the local community.
