Story
Hello!
As you may or not know, on the 1st of April, I will be running the Reading Half Marathon on behalf of Brain Tumour Research. Gulp.
The reason that I am running this half marathon is that it falls a few days after the 10th anniversary of my dad sadly passing away after a long battle with a brain tumour. I was only 10 years old when he sadly passed away and every day since I always think of him. I've seen first-hand how horrible it is to see someone suffer with cancer, and is something that I never want to see anyone else go through.
Sadly 16,000 people each year get diagnosed with a brain tumour in the UK alone, and depressingly is a cancer that is not widely research and with your money we will be able to help Brain Tumour reach their target of £7 Million to help spread awareness and conduct more thorough research into the condition.
