Every May we support Mental Health Awareness with our Artemis #BeTheChange month. This May, we have decided to raise money by walking the equivalent distance of John o' Groats to Land's End FOUR times! 

Over 6.5 million steps, 5,000km and endless blisters, we're really excited to get on our feet and get moving in aid of a fantastic charity.

The Lighthouse Club is an incredible charity, providing 24/7 mental, physical and financial wellbeing support to the construction community and their families. Their #HelpInsideTheHardHat campaign is close to our hearts, raising awareness of mental health within the construction industry. In the UK, two construction workers take their own lives every working day and stress, anxiety and depression account for a fifth of all work-related illnesses - let's work together to change this.
