Over the last year we’ve seen refugees housed in disused army barracks, threatened with the brutal anti-refugee bill, and now the crisis in Afghanistan -  thousands of people are trying to escape the Taliban on flights out of the country and millions more are terrified. Now, more than ever, we need to stand with refugees. 

I'm running the Royal Parks Half Marathon in support of the brilliant charity, Refugee Action, who work tirelessly to ensure those seeking asylum in the UK get justice, live free of poverty and are able to successfully rebuild their lives.
