Story

The Challenge:

I've signed up to take on my first marathon on Sunday 2nd October. I look extremely forward to running it with your support and in memory of everyone we love who struggle and have fallen victim to mental health issues.

The Charity:
The Mental Health Foundation is the UKs charity for everyones mental health. With prevention at the heart of what they do, the Mental Health Foundation aim to find and address the sources of mental health problems so that people and communities can thrive.

The Target:
£2000. Any donation will be greatly appreciated, so please feel free to give regardless of the amount.  Having you behind me on those gruelling last miles will help me tremendously.
