Arlo and I are running 5km on 14 May in the Friends of John Ball’s Heath4Health fun run. Arlo and Dad are aiming to run the 5km in 35 minutes and are looking to raise £10 for every one minute of running, for a total of £350. Dad’s employer Invesco will match whatever we raise!

We’re raising money for Arlo’s school and its chosen charities, the Kidney Research UK and ActionAid Earthquake Appeal.
