Students at Warwick take on a Skydive for Unseen!

Story

My name is Arjun, I am a student at the University of Warwick and in June 2021 I will be skydiving from 10,000 feet in Nottingham. As part of my skydive I will be raising money for Unseen, a charity that's helping to break the chains of modern slavery.

Modern slavery includes crimes such as human trafficking as well as forced labour, sale and exploitation of children  & debt bondage. Whilst many go about their daily routine, hardly anyone realises that modern slavery is all around us, an example of this is your local hand car wash whereby workers are involuntarily carrying out forced labour. These "workers" are subject to modern slavery and cannot envisage any kind of future for themselves. With Unseen, their 24 hour helpline and donations go towards trying to identify as many cases of modern slavery as possible, as well as provide freedom to those subject to this.

All donations will be be gratefully accepted.

Your donations will allow Unseen to spread the word of modern slavery, as well as help them to identify more cases and bring greater publicity to their helpline, which is helping to free thousands of lives.

Thank you for donating, it is much appreciated.

Arj :)
