On the 1st June from the most northern point of Europe, I will cycle 5000 miles southwards to the Mediterranean sea, solo.

I aim to average 100 miles per day, camping, & carrying my life with me on my bike. I will chronicle the ride here - arctictothemed4000@blogspot.com

I want to pair this adventure and physical challenge with helping to save the lives of Syrians who have been struck with disaster.

Hand in Hand for Syria work on the ground to provide aid - medical, shelter, water, electricity, educational materials and hygiene kits - to help those who's lives have been destroyed in this catastrophic conflict.
