From 9th-10th September I will be walking 100km (that's a little over 62 miles) continuously along the Thames Path starting at Putney Bridge and finishing in Henley-on-Thames. While I imagine I'll only realise what I've got myself in for when it's far too late I couldn't be happier to be doing this for such an amazing cause.

Shooting Star Children's Hospices provide care for babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions all over Surrey and London. Whether lives are measured in days, weeks, months or years, they are there to make every moment count. They support families from diagnosis to end of life and throughout bereavement with a range of nursing, practical, emotional and medical care.
