Story
I often try to set myself challenging targets. Something that would require a bit of effort to complete and over the years these have included, long bike rides, marathons, extreme Ironman triathlons and sea swims to name a few. Similar to most people, I have found dealing with the fallout of the pandemic difficult. I have been fortunate in that running has helped me to cope with it all. There are however many, young and old that would need specialist help and support and the Mental Health Aberdeen is a great help for them. Hence I intend to run 10 Marathons in 10 days, starting 1st July and I would be grateful for your support by donating to Mental Health Aberdeen so that they can continue to support others. I will put updates on my Strava and Facebook page throughout this challenge.
