We are all taking part in the 2017 Prudential Ride London-Surrey 100 which is the 100 mile bike race through London and the Surrey hills and I will be cycling to raise money for the Treloar Trust. They run a School, College & Nursery in Hampshire for severely disabled children and young adults from right across the UK.

We are trying to raise at least £2,000 to help these inspirational young people. We hope you will dig deep and sponsor us to help beat our target.

£10 could pay for specialist cutlery and plates which means the young people can take more control of their independance.

£200 could enable the students to participate in outdoor activities that help them gain valuable life skills and increase their confidence.

£3,000 helps pay for a new powered wheelchair, a fundamental part of the vast majority of the student' lives.
