After recently having my first baby son (and now a daughter!), like most people I am left with a little extra weight. I am aiming to lose 50lbs (just over 3 and a half stone). (scroll down to see my progress...)

to be continued.....Ok so this has been a while in the making... I've since had a baby girl hence why I had to stop the progress for a while...I'm now back to 1/2lb less than my original start weight to I still have the full 50lbs to lose... please help me get back in the mode for this wonderful fundraising goal and personal health goal too... all support is welcome!
