Story

Hi guys,

I'm running the London Marathon this year for Refuge, who do extremely important work to support survivors of domestic abuse.

Refuge has been leading the campaign against domestic abuse since 1971, when they opened the world's first ever safe house for women and children in West London. Fast forward to now and on any given day, Refuge supports 7,000 women, children and men.

They are an amazing charity, doing amazing work, so thank you in advance for donating what you can.

A second thank you in advance to all of you who are going to have to put up with my no doubt incredibly boring chat about long runs, sore legs and missing wine.

Big love, Apes X
