Story

Having been a volunteer for the hospice whilst in school, it was obvious choice to fundraise for them when I had the ‘wonderful notion’ of signing up for Tough Mudder – a 12 mile obstacle course which isn’t for the faint hearted! Go on have a look yer self http://toughmudder.com/

Words can’t describe just how important a place the hospice is for its kids and their families. It allows children who haven’t had the easiest of times regarding their health to do what kids do best...have fun; all the while receiving the best levels of care. And also gives mums and dads a chance to have a much needed breather.

Costing £3 million to run the service each year...they rely on £2.5 million raised from public donations to cover their costs! I’d be grateful for any donations big or small you can offer to help me reach my target.

And if nothing else the photos of me are bound to look hideously hilarious!
