My seven year old daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in May.  I am eternally grateful for the support, advice and resources received from Diabetes Jersey.  It has been a very steep learning curve for us both but Hannah's health has improved greatly, since May. The nurses have been so wonderful.  I'd like to do something for the charity to say "Thank You". I cannot begin to imagine what this journey would have been like, without their support.
