On the 19th May myself and two friends will be taking on Snowdon for Alzheimer’s Society. 

Every three minutes, somebody in the UK is told they have dementia. Alzheimer’s Society is doing everything they can to find a cure, but they need our help. 

I have seen first hand the impact this disease brings to a loved one living with dementia. Every step will be to remember those who have suffered, and my wonderful Grandma who we lost to this awful disease.
