The Alzheimer's Society is a fantastic charity working in the heart of our communities providing information and support to people with dementia, their families and carers. It also drives forward research in this very underfunded subject.  A cause close to both mine and Matt's families. I have decided to put an end to 2 years of being a couch potato and get out run, get fit and raise some money by running in the Hull 10k.  I would love to be able to run a half or full marathon but this is as far as my 'hockey knees' will take me!
