About the charity
We create the biggest smiles for brave children around the UK aged 1-17 years.
Our bespoke Treasure Boxes create the biggest smiles for a child receiving treatment for brain and spinal cancers.
Each Treasure Box is unique just like the child and every box is full of requested wish list items.
