Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am taking part in the wakefield 10k and the leeds half marathon this year to raise funds for wakefield hospice in memory of Sarah Wilshaw.

Sarah was someone who suffered from a brain tumor for 8 years before losing a very long battle.

Sarah made a impact on me from the first time I met her as she never let her illness get her down or beat her and did sevral charity events herself some just days after brain surgery.

The care Wakefield Hospice gave Sarah and her family whilst she was in their care was brilliant.

I wish to raise funds for them to help them carry on the good work they do and help other families going through what Sarah and her family did.

Thank you for visiting my page and reading my reasons for doing this any donation is greatly appreciated.
