I have been asked to represent Embrace Child Victims of Crime at this years Ride London 100. Now most people will know that I've undertaken this ride a few times, so not much of a challenge I hear you say!

So I've upped the ante, I am aiming to complete the ride in under 5 Hours! 20mph average over 100 miles? thats got to be worth a couple of quid?!
