Story

Join me as we connect to the Summer Solstice on 20th June, Solar Eclipse & International Day of Yoga on 21st June. On 20th June at 8am we will begin...108 Sun Salutations! Which should take around 2 hours. This will be LIVE on zoom. Why 108? This number connects the Sun, Moon, and Earth: The average distance of the Sun and the Moon to Earth is 108 times their respective diameters. According to yogic tradition, there are 108 pithas, or sacred sites, throughout India. And there are also 108 Upanishads and 108 marma points, or sacred places of the body. If you cant join us... please sponsor us!

Whales & Dolphins should be swimming freely in the oceans, not going insane inside concrete tanks in places like SeaWorld. Some of them have shown such aggression and captive frustration that it's resulted in the deaths of their trainers. We will support the specialists to return them to freedom.
