Welcome back all, I will be taking the plunge VIRTUALLY this year by  March 14th for the 17th Annual CP Nassau Polar Bear Plunge.  I will be taking the plunge without the crowds this year due to COVID. My plunge will take place locally in Bayville before March 14th. The Cerebral Palsy Association of Nassau County (CP Nassau) has continuously been a stable supporter of children and adults with disabilities and their families for over 70 years. CP Nassau still continues to need your support during this unprecedented time.
