After successfully completing the British 10K in July I thought I needed a new challenge.....

The Bupa Great South Run is a 10 mile race and is on Sunday 28th October. I am supporting Shooting Star CHASE, a West London and Surrey based charity I know a little about thanks to my neighbours who run the local group and have had me baking them cakes in the past! I am definitely the lucky one getting to support such a great charity and team.

I am a little nervous about this race - I am running with my brother which will help (I think) but he is coming straight off the back of the Thames 50K race..this does not bode well, I just hope I can keep up.
