I am running for St Raphael's Hospice as they are a local charity to me, doing fantastic work with over 900 local people every year. The Hospice costs over £4 million a year to run and three quarters of this is dependent on charitable donations.

I am also trying to put my new hobby - running, which I have been doing since New Year's Day - to good use! I am aiming to complete the run in under an hour - yikes!
