We pioneer life-saving cancer research to help us beat cancer

Story

Hello,

PLEASE SEE AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE; UPDATES ON OUR EVENT >

My name is Anton Gusans,

I had cancer 23 years ago, then further surgery 11 and 16 years ago.

Yes,  I am one of the lucky ones who have pulled through and I’m glad to report I now have a clear bill of health. My pledge is raise support for Cancer Research myself and in addition, to support a colleague who is battling with several forms of this disease.

The challenged was to complete a cycle ride from John O’Groats to Lands End over 12 cycling days starting on the 29th July 2007. I foolishly said that I would join him (cycling) on the event and raise a further amount for Cancer Research .

Although this page is for general sponsorship, we are still looking for additional support by the way of corporate sponsorship to cover the costs of the event. Please contact me directly relating to this. This will enable the general funds raised to go directly to Cancer Research .

My aim is to raise £10k + between the two of us, a high target, but if we don't meet it this time, I'm sure there'll be other events to meet that figure!

YOUR support and contributions are appreciated and we thank you in anticipation.

Keep smiling.

Any one donating, please leave your e-mail address if you would like to be updated on the event. I would also like to thank you all individually for your generous contributions.

Many many thanks,
Anton. ;-)
