Me, my Dad and Sean MacInally are running the Inverness marathon on 30th September raising money for Yorkhill Children's Foundation and for Sean's chosen charity, the Ronald McDonald House.

On the Tuesday after the marathon my Dad, Gary Cook and myself will start walking the West Highland Way completing it within five days.

We're hoping that by doing these we can raise as much money possible for these amazing charities who do so much for the kids and their families.
