I'm joining several colleagues and their friends and family to undertake the Yorkshire Three Peak Challenge on Saturday 2nd May 2014.

The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge takes place on the peaks on Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough and the target is to complete the 26 miles in around 12 hours on a single day.

These peaks form part of the Pennine range, and encircle the head of the valley of the River Ribble, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

All money raised is being donated to Cancer Research.
