Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am running Tough Mudder on November 17th in aid of the Bedford Hospital.  The staff there looked after my Grandpa during the last days of his life and kept him comfortable until the end, September 21st. This is my way of thanking them.

My Grandpa was a great man, and the most influential man in my life.  He will be greatly missed by every member of his family.  I have the honour of carrying him on his last journey on October 9th, and I know this will spur me on to finish the challenge in his memory, whilst taking his advice - "always smile".
