I will be running my first ever marathon in London in April 2023 for The Zurich Community Trust.  They are supporting two children's charities:  "Barnardo's" and "Magic Breakfast".  Charities that support disadvantaged children and communities are close to my heart and, as I enter retirement in January 2023, I would love people to donate to these charities through my page instead of any goodbye gifts (if you were even thinking of doing that!) from Herne Junior School where I have been the headteacher for the last 17 years.  Money raised will also be shared with "Dementia UK".
