My niece nearly died at six days old with a heart problem she stopped breathing and was taken to the royal brompton hospital after she was stabilized at st helier, she had her first op the following day. She has had a two more op's since including open heart surgery, she is now 1 year and 6 months she will need more ops in the future but for now she is doing good, she is walking and talking some words. BHF is a great charity to sponser so please dig deep and donate now. Also my partner's grandfather died from a heart attack in 1999 and she still misses him greatly to this day! As does the rest of her family! Please donate as much as you can!!
