Story
To raise money for the NHS's Day One Trauma Charity by running or walking 26.2 miles per week within your daily once a day exercise allowance. Continuing this for 7 weeks.
The challenge is to raise £330 per person, which would pay for the Day One NHS patient support for one day. We aim to raise £9,900 to pay for one month.
The NHS Day One charity supports patients and families affected by major trauma in partnership with patients, families, trauma clinicians, NHS Trusts and other Organisations.
Through a combination of therapy, counselling and practical peer support we help people get back on their feet after injury (http://dayone.uk.com).
