RUN FOR A YEAR
Campaign by Tom's Trust (RCN 1183559)
2021 is the tenth anniversary of Tom's Trust. Each year in the East of England approximately 40 children are diagnosed with a brain tumour. 100 Tom's Trust runners are going to run to fund one year of mental health support for all of these children

Story

We are 6 runners of various levels of fitness and enthusiasm, with a combined age of circa 250 years. So we should know better than to be trying to run a half marathon. However, back in December, Ben Blowes showed us what a human can achieve and how much inspiration can be created with his phenomenal 31 marathon in 31 days. In the process he raised a massive amount for Tom’s Trust. Tom’s Trust is a great charity that offers vital support and improves the mental health provisions for children with brain tumours and their families.

With this in mind, we have been plodding around Newmarket over the past few months trying to find some fitness.  We are aiming to raise £500 for Tom’s Trust, if you can help us achieve that, that would be great. IF however we could break the £1000 mark this would be epic.
