Story

Hello All,
For some crazy reason I've decided to run the London marathon again. It seemed like such a good idea those months back when the sun was shining although training in the dark and damp English countryside doesn't seem so clever now.  To ensure I keep focused I'm running for the NSPCC.

The NSPCC provide a key life-line for children at risk and with the recent spotlight on child protection, they have launched a campaign to raise awareness about child abuse and provide even more support and counselling to vulnerable children.

As an aside I'm also hoping to beat my previous time of 4hrs 41 minutes and 1 second, and will use my previous inspirational moto to keep me going through those miles, "Run Forest run......"

A huge thanks in advance to everyone for their support (ensuring I make it out on my training runs, even in the rain) and generosity in supporting the NSPCC.
