My brother Tim had primary progressive MS for over 25 years and sadly this January he passed away due to COVID-19 and the long term underlining health conditions caused by his MS. 

In his memory and to raise funds for the MS Society I am taking part in a number of running events this Autumn: 

Bristol 10k - 19th September (completed)

Cardiff Bay 10k - 26th September (completed)

Swansea Half - 17th October (completed)

Newport 10k - 24th October (completed) 

Llanelli Half - 31st October (completed)

There is also a linked page as sadly my older sister (Joy) passed away this June due to cancer and was brilliantly looked after and supported by the staff at Cardiff City Hospice.
