On 11/12 June, I will be taking part in the Nightrider Cycle Challenge in aid of CLIC Sargent, the UK's leading cancer charity for children and young people.

Setting off from Crystal Palace at midnight on 11 June, I - together with 999 other participants - will be cycling towards Blackheath, over Tower Bridge into the City, up to Smithfield, on to Canary Wharf, up to Hampstead via Highgate Hill, back into central London via Regent's Park, along Piccadilly, through Covent Garden, over Waterloo Bridge to the South Bank, over Westminster Bridge, past Buckingham Palace, on to South Kensington, over Albert Bridge ... and eventually back up the hill to Crystal Palace - a total of 64 miles.
