When my lovely Mum was in the last week of her life, Arthur Rank offered her such amazing care. Her symptoms were wildly out of control which was deeply distressing for both her and us. They made her as comfortable as she could be and my sister and I were able to stay with her the whole time. I will never forget that. The kindness and compassion we were shown was humbling.
