Please help me raise money for an incredibly worthwhile cause, research into leukaemia and other blood cancers.  Every year some 30,000 people - that's nearly a third of the population of Cheltenham - are diagnosed with a blood cancer in the UK and more work is desperately needed to find treatment and cures for these life-shattering diseases.

So I am going to be ploughing through icy waters for hundreds of metres, leaping onto a bike to cycle around half of Gloucestershire then, just as my legs are turning to jelly and I can hardly draw another breath, I will have to run round most of Cheltenham*.   All you have to do is please please sponsor me - simples!
