In September I will be taking part in the London to Brighton bike ride in order to raise money for the Animals Asia Foundation.

The Animals Asia Foundation is an amazing charity devoted to the welfare of wild and urban animals in all parts of Asia, focusing in particular on the horrific practice of bear bile farming, a cruel and unnecessary trade that receives very little public attention.
