When you're least expecting it, things can happen in your life and you need help paying for something that you can't cover with your usual salary or income.

Sickness has meant that you can't work and now you're behind with your rent.

Maybe there has been bereavement in your family and you are unable to meet the funeral expenses.

This is where Yodel can support you through our Foundation.

Our Foundation offers help through 3 areas:

• Yodel Employee Distress Fund - where our people have financial hardship, e.g. one of our drivers is seriously injured or killed, or has a long-term illness, we would support their family.

• Nominated Charity - selected by our colleagues to encourage staff engagement both employed and third party. Meets social responsibility objectives. On annual basis we support one charity per year.

• retailTRUST - retailTRUST is the only charity looking after the needs of the 3Million people in retail through their Employee Assistance Programme (retailEAP) and Charitable Services (retailHUB). This support is open to all colleagues, non-employed and families who meet our eligibility criteria.
