On Monday 6th February, a deadly 7.8 magnitude earthquake struck southern Türkiye, near Gaziantep close to the border with Syria, affecting millions of people including refugees and internally displaced families.The earthquake has killed tens of thousands of people across Türkiye and Syria, with many more injured. Right now, UNHCR teams are on the ground in both Türkiye and Syria, providing lifesaving aid, including clothing and tents, to survivors wherever possible.
