This time last year, I lost my amazing mother in law Pat Goss to Motor Neurone Disease. 

Pat was a larger than life character - she gave 100% of herself to everything she did. She lived life to the full and was one of the most vibrant, positive and strong women I have ever known.

Throughout her illness, she retained her sense of humour, her zest for life and her love of family and friends. 

She is such an inspiration to me. I’m doing this because that’s what she would do. 💕
